User Directory
The User Directory places essential participant information at the finger tips of portal users. The directory contains- office and home addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and extensions, fax numbers and more. An available link to an employee calendar provides an up-to-date record of who will be where and when. It is the perfect tool for keeping departments and management advised of user schedules. Photos of the users are available on their profile. Other areas of the User Directory enable you to track training history, job history, employee skills and career objectives.
